1) Products sold are not returnable nor exchangeable for another item, unless there is a manufacturing defect.
2) Please note that due to limitations in photography and the inevitable differences in monitor settings, the colours shown in the pictures may not correspond 100% to those in the item itself. You may refer to the description of the product for the exact colour defination.
3) All items are 100% brand new.
4) Please note that all the item price does not include shipping/delivery charge. Please refer to the FAQ section for further details on shipping/delivery charges.
5) Once an order is placed and payment is made, no cancellation of order will be accepted and no refunds will be given.
6) Upon placing an order, full payment should be made within 3 days. Maximum reserved period is 3 days and if payment was not made within the time frame, we will release back the item.
7) Shipping/delivery charges are to be paid by customers.
8) Every shipment comes with a tracking code. You may track the delivery status of your item(s) thru Pos Malaysia website. We will not hold any further responsibility after the items(s) is sent out.
9) We will not be responsible for any wear & tear incurred on the item due to their course of daily usage.
10) Rest assured that all personal information provided to us will be deemed personal & will be kept confidential.
