1) How to make an order?
Please provide the following details as below and e-mail to tinkerbelle.land@hotmail.com.

ii) Product Code
iii) Quantity
iv) Colour
iv) Contact Number
v) Delivery address
2) How to make payment?
You may make payment to our Maybank account. You may choose to bank in to the account or transfer via internet banking. The account number will only be provided upon confirmation of your order. Please drop us a mail once the payment is done to speed up the processing.
3) How much is the delivery charges?
Please refer to our deliver/shipping charges notes.
4) How can i know whether my payment has been received?
Once payment is made, please drop us a mail with the following details:
- Order Number
- Payment Method (i.e. CDM, IBG, over counter transaction etc...)
- Beneficiary Bank
- Beneficiary Name
- Amount Paid
5) After i've placed my order, how soon can i get my order?
We will deliver the items every Monday, Wednesday and Friday upon receipt of the payment. For example, if you payment was received on Tuesday, we will arrange the delivery on Wednesday. However, the delivery time will depends on Pos Malaysia. Normally it takes about 3-5 working days.
6) Can i cancel my order after payment has been made?
Sorry to advice that cancellations or amendments are not allowed after orders are placed & payment has been made.
7) If the product i like has been SOLD OUT, can i made an order for that product?
If the item you like is SOLD OUT, you may drop me a an e-mail. We'll try my best to replenish it for you.
